The customer service rep was helpful and fast to respond. Parts shipped quickly and were packaged well. There was a nut missing but my husband was able to grab one at Home Depot that was fine.
I contacted relife sports for a replacement part that had been lost in a move. The gentleman that I spoke to was very nice and helpful. He asked me to send a pic of the part I needed via email and they would handle it. I did this and had my part in less then a week! Great customer service and fat service! I am more then happy with relife! 10/10 Recomended!!
That would be great if you could expedite the shipping.
