Compact Treadmill | Under Desk Walking Pad

This is a great compact treadmill. I use it at my desk at home and it’s relatively quiet. Easy to use and low profile for easy storing. I weight 170 and the belt has no problem moving from starting up to top speed. The belt could get a little warm if you use it for extended periods of time, but if you’re doing that often you should probably be outside or at a real gym. Customer service is excellent as well, I had an issue with the first one sent, but they were able to send me a new one no problem at all, and no issues.

The belt does seem to slip to the left and makes a crazy scary noise when that happens. I adjusted it to keep it even and have it on hardwood floor, but still it seems to tilt a bit. Not horrible, but still willing to give it a shot

I love using this treadmill throughout the day while I work. Super easy to move around the house. When I first got my treadmill it was making weird noises, but I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded and solved the problem for me! Would highly recommended this to anyone interested!

A few months after purchasing this, the remote stopped working. The customer service team was great to work with and really efficient. They arranged to have a replacement remote sent to me as soon as possible and made sure to check in to ensure that everything was working well. Highly recommend.

You can't beat this treadmill for the price it's at! It's light enough to move around without too much hassle, and its quiet enough that most of the time people can't tell that you're using it unless they are close to you.Props to the customer service team as they are on it! If you have any issues with your treadmill they are very quick to respond to assist. I've been moving around a lot recently and I lost the remote to power the treadmill. Within the day I had someone assure me that I would be getting a new remote the very same week!

A handle that pulls up and then flat for convenience and optimal use would be nice for better balance when not using it under my work desk.

I have used this every day for several months and I have absolutely loved it. It stopped working after 4 months but they promptly offered to send a replacement!

this is my first readmill!, i bought this so i can walk while working instead of sitting all day, i have an adustable desk that i can move up and down. This treadmill i love it! Great Price, easy to move around my home, great color and easy to read speed. time. dist. cal.,The only thing is it is a bit louder than expected.Also the treadmill abruptly stops at 60 mins.I did not know it did that for the longest because I would only walk for 30 minutes. But since working from home and working longer hours. I thought I would walk a slower pace but for a longer time.the downfall of this treadmill for me having to stop at 60min and then restarting the treadmill again.I hope this review is helpful!

Overall the treadmill works great within the office setting. The sound level is good as well - you can hear it when in the hallway of my office but it is not distracting by any way. I did need to reach out to customer service for a replacement one on one remote as a co-worker and I had the same machine and the remotes controlled each other. The customer service team was extremely helpful and sent us everything requested in such a quick turn around. Overall I am happy with the purchase and the experience I had up to this point with Customer Service.

Best purchase ever! My belt had folded with my original one , I contacted customer service, and in less than a week my new walking pad arrived. No hussle at all.
