Relife Limited Warranty

– This warranty only applies to the United States domestic market.
– Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by Relife are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

WARRANTY A – Includes but not limited to: Relife Trampolines, Dumbbells, Kettlebell, Olympic Barbell, Dumbbell Rack, Weight Plates, Yoga Foam Roller & Resistance Bands.

  • 180 DAYS – Structural Frame & Other Parts and Components

WARRANTY B – Includes but not limited to: the rest of other Relife products (Products under the quality pre-owned category are not included).

  • 1 YEAR – Structural Frame & Other Parts and Components

Limited Warranty on The Structural Frame

Relife warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form. Relife recommends that the item is tested with caution after fully assembled to make sure that it is structurally fit and that all parts are in working order. We recommend testing the assembled product with caution in order to make sure it is in full working order prior to full use of the product. If any item is missing, damaged or not working please contact our support team ([email protected]) to get any issues fixed prior to usage of the product. Relife is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product.

Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure proper functionality and a long lasting product.

Limited Warranty on Other Parts & Components

Relife warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form. In order for us to honor your warranty for parts and components, we do REQUIRE photos/video evidence of the damaged part/component to accurately diagnose the issue and ensure the replacement part/component will complete the claim. After a claim is submitted and Relife determines that a replacement part will resolve or fix the issue reported, we reserve the right to send out the replacement part per the Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Only in the event that a replacement part will not resolve the issue, Relife will look into alternate solutions.

Exclusions - Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:


• Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual
• Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages
• Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage
• Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained
• Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance.


Relife reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.
