They were very prompt with sending the replacement parts.
I contacted relife sports when I found the stationary bike that I own on their site. When I moved my bike from my garage to inside my house, a wheel cracked. This was not the original place I ordered my bike, but Amazon couldn't help with missing/broken parts. I sent their customer service team a picture of the piece that I broke...then they sent me their link for ordering parts...and within a week, I had my broken piece replaced. I am SO impressed with their customer service!
