Introduction
Corresponding to the emergency call and care of youth mental health in the United States, and xxx charity organizations jointly launched a charity donation activity in xxx middle school “Relife Joint xx Charity Youth Mental Health Construction Week”
Relife Jointly organized with local schools, social organizations, and news media to enhance the authority, public welfare, news and credibility of the event, which is a key issue for companies to organize public welfare activities.
Relife provides an opportunity for young people to work together and learn about mental health in a fun, relaxed and creative environment. This charity activity is set up to help reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health and provide young people with the skills and knowledge they need to look after their own wellbeing. This year’s event will be held from December 10, 2021 at local high schools in California. The details of this activity
Time:
The activity is scheduled from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Friday, December 10, 2021
Site layout:
- A flag with the word “Relife” will be customized for participants to take photos and record the original activity materials.
- Assemble 5 exercise bikes and 5 pull-ups in advance to prepare for subsequent activities.
- Preparing the foam board of Instagram photo frame, the profile photo and ID of Relife in advance in order to take photos for sharing in the media and recording this activity.
- The knife-shaped flag will be inserted in the outdoor/indoor venue to enhance the Relife brand atmosphere.
- Two Flags are placed on the table. One of which is the American flag and the other is the Relife flag. Setting a screen projection equipment in the conference room will be better.
Activity order
First of all, the Student Union will organize and arrange the opening ceremony with the school band/specialty classes.
After each round of speech, the performance will be used to warm up the venue, and Relife T-shirts and bracelets will be distributed . (All staff should wear Relife T-shirts to highlight the brand identity)

Games
Equipment requirements: 5 pull-ups and 5 exercise bikes
Activity member: 2 groups of 5 persons are expected
Sprint to pull-ups after a standard 1 mile on a spinning bike and complete the 10 pull-ups in the shortest time. The scholarship will be awarded to the person who completes 10 pull-ups in the shortest time
Prize: First prize: $1,000 Second prize: $500 Third to the fifth prize: $300
