I purchased a replacement belt for my Vigbody exercise bike nearly two months ago. Since then, I've gone back and forth with Vigbody getting the belt to fit on the bike. After I sent pics showing they had provided me with the wrong belt, they tried to sell me another for $70. Today, they said they had no proper replacement belts and offered to reimburse me for one I might find on my own. Between Vigbody and Relife, someone should've seen from the start that the belt I wanted was not in stock
I bought my Vertical Climber in 2018 and use it about 5 times a week. I estimate that I have used it for more than a million climbing steps! It finally got to the point where the plastic bushings that slide on the round steel rods had worn so much they were causing a lot of friction that could not be fixed with more grease. I contacted the company for replacement parts. I was a little disappointed to see that the bushings were not in the repair parts list for that product. I sent them a photo of the worn out parts and asked if they could send me some. They worked through the manufacturer to get me the parts I needed (plus a tube of grease that was on the standard parts list). The parts arrived in a few days, I replaced them, and now my climber works like it did when it was new.
I contacted support about purchasing replacements for the arm pads because I'd purchased a house and the prior owners had left a stand with really worn out ones. I sent customer service the order number and they shipped them out quickly! Very easy process.
When I could not figure out how to buy a replacement pad for our Relife Tower, I emailed customer service. I received a quick reply and great help to get the part ordered that I needed. Thank you Amy!!
