Funny I mentioned that as my dog ate the peddle again so I need to re-order.. The only issue I may have is perhaps the plastic needs to be DOG PROOF and stronger

They responded quickly to my need for a new bike crank and pedal and the kit included a bike crank tool - which is absolutely necessary. The cost of the whole package was the same as the price for just one item, so I saved $30 going through them. Unfortunately I stripped the threads on the bike crank tool, but got a gear extractor I had laying around pulled it out and the crank was removed and the crank and pedal went on it a few minutes. Overall happy I could replace the parts for just $15, rather than trashing yet another exercise machine, buying another, lugging it around, setting it up, getting rid of the packaging waste - much, much, much easier to repair than replace.
