Pull ups, leg raises, push ups – put together myself – 135lbs female. Pretty easy – used my workout bench to help me as I needed one side and then the other to be supported when initially assembling the big bars. Love it! Doesn’t take up a lot of room. Way better than mybdoor hanging bar. I am always afraid I would yank out the door frame doing pull ups – now I don’t have to worry about that. Plus there are other exercises I do in it! 😃👍

I’m nearly 300 lbs, 6’3″ and it is only slightly tippy when I do reverse arm dips on the front hand bars. The top bar reaches very high and everything is well built, easy to follow single page instructions that comes with the wrenches, though I used a socket set for a quicker assemble. Overall we are happy with this tower

Both the price and the quality exceeded my expectations. The seat isn’t the most comfortable but a seat pad fixed that. It has an adjustable base which depending where I move in the house I can get it perfect other areas it’s wobbly but I understand that’s an uneven floor. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it works perfect.

The assembly of the bike was simple and easy for 1 person to accomplish. I’m new to biking, but the resistance is easy to use/adjust and the screen easy to read and understand. I do online workouts using this bike and feel very stable. Great buy.

This is a great bench if you want something sturdy but don’t want to spend the $400+ for a commercial grade/gym bench. I’m 6’6″, 255lbs and this works for me. Plenty sturdy for my wife and kids.

This bench is sturdy and great quality for the money. Very happy with my purchase. I think it took about 30 minutes to put together with a socket wrench. With the tool they provide it might take an hour! Also, the foot holder for decline work is easy to take on and off with no tools.

Have only had it for a few days but my wife and I love it. It was easy to put together and it’s very solid and feels like great quality. I was looking for a good bench for the days I wanted a quick workout at home and didn’t feel like driving to the gym and this bench delivers. I looked at a lot of benches online before deciding on this one and I have no regrets. I’m 6’, 195lbs, and it fits me well. I feel I could be at least a few inches taller and a lot heavier and it would still be a great sturdy bench

I love using them for dips, and I try hand stands with them. They are very sturdy and wide enough I can fit a pad between them (for when I fall) and adjust the width to my liking. These are so much fun, when I am not playing on them my kids are.

Just got this today. Was easy to assemble. Once it was all out together so tested it out and discovered it still has some instability to it, but nothing super concerning. I’ve been using it throughout the day and so have my children and it has NOT tipped over once. Item came with all assembly pieces plus the one acres set of screw and washer like mentioned in instructions. The one thing I noticed is the adjustable bar and screws were not able to fully screw in. However, the bar was still held in place.
